WHAT'S OUR HIRE PROCESS?

Take a look at our full range of hire products including signage and Audio Guest Books! Book directly online for your event date. Secure your date for your desired items by making payment which includes your security deposit.

PICK UP/RETURN HOURS

When booking and paying for your item, you will be asked to choose a time-slot in which you will pick up your items. Picks ups are on Wed-Fri between 10-2pm. Returns can be made on Mon-Tues 10-2pm. Hire Period is a maximum of 6 days. 

LOCATION

Hire products are available for Burdekin and surrounds. This includes Townsville, Ingham, Charters Towers, Bowen and Airlie Beach. If you are travelling by car to your event in a different location than stated above and would like to hire something from our collection, let us know. 

SECURITY BOND

For each hire booking, we do need to charge a $150 security bond to cover the items in your order in-case of damage. This bond will be reimbursed to you on return of the goods to our showroom on-time and in their original condition. This bond is added at checkout when you make your online booking. 

Please note that any product on our website will be charged at the same security deposit price no matter of the total.
